The Women in Black announced it will file criminal charges against Radomir Počuča, the spokesperson of the Anti-Terrorist Unit of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia. On March 25, 2014, Počuča reacted to the news that Women in Black were marking the 15th anniversary of the crimes against Albanian civilians in Kosovo, and called the football hooligans to “deal” with the Women in Black.

Two persons were injured in the attack on the participants in the debate "Trans-sexuality in Transition" on Saturday, February 1, 2014, at the Art Cinema “Kriterion” in Sarajevo. About a dozen masked assailants attacked the participants of the debate, organized under the auspices of the “Merlinka” International Festival of Queer Film.

United Nations General Assembly on the 1st November in 2005 unanimously adopted the 60/7 Resolution, marking the 27th January as the International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Holocaust. This date also recalls the largest Nazi death camp Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland, since on 27th January in 1945. the Soviet Army liberated this death camp. International Remembrance Day of the Victims of the Holocaust is marked in the region.
