Belgrade-based organisation Queeria presented its new book, “Dnevnik” (The Diary), a miscellany of interviews and personal notes provided by women journalists, artists, politicians, actresses. The book denotes “a different history, talks about continuity of resistance to inhumanity and efforts to think freely”, and promotes social responsibility expressed both through and outside activism.

The Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) Serbia issued a Request for Applications to solicit project proposals from CSOs that introduce new or innovative approaches, topics, and/or resources in dealing with relevant problems in Serbia today. Grants will be awarded to creative proposals that empower citizens to get engaged in affecting meaningful change in their communities.

“Reading for ubuntu” is project aimed to assist blind and visually impaired students in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal is to link all students that are ready to read and record various books and textbooks in audio format, that way helping to blind and visually impaired persons with difficulties in following lectures.
