The City Council of Zagreb adopted, in its session of Thursday, March 23, 2013, the proposed changes to the General Urban Development Plan supported by the civil society activists that delete and annul the provisions that allowed for the destruction of Zagreb's Cvjetni Trg (Flower market Square) and the usurpation of pedestrian area in Varšavska Street.
