Call for Applications for Project Evaluation
14. September 2012 - 11:17 — Dejan GeorgievskiThe Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights, Vienna, invites interested parties to submit proposals for evaluation of the project “Social Inclusion and Human Rights in Macedonia”.
The evaluation will be done by an evaluation team (senior and junior expert/evaluator), who need to have experience in evaluating development projects on the basis of the Human Rights Based Approach. Knowledge of the regional language(s) will be considered an asset.
Tenderers will provide an outline of the proposed evaluation methodology (max. 3 pages), CV(s) of expert(s) proposed for the assignment, statement on availability of the proposed expert(s) during the planned evaluation period, information on fee rate in EUR, calculation of number of working days, as well as information of travel costs.
